Women have a much longer and richer history in Muay Thai than most of us realise, it's just that much of it hasn't been documented, publicised or celebrated.
@sighyam I trained CrossFit at Iron Hive gym in Phrakhanong for a couple of years and I highly recommend it! Super friendly vibe, home to some of Thailand's elite lifters but also great for beginners. I think they have another location in Thonglor now, too.
