If you go to the Cave of Caerbannog (home of the Killer Rabbit in Monty Python's Holy Grail) by Loch Tay, you'll find that you won't be the first. Kudos also due to the person who made the replica holy hand-grenade of Antioch.
What a glorious day in Westray! The skies are transcendent, the beaches picturesque and there’s nobody else around for miles. I hope the “influencers” stay away - this is very close to heaven!
The Glasgow Corn Exchange, constructed in the 1840s to designs by Hugh Barclay, and photographed here by Thomas Annan in 1880. It was Glasgow's grain market, and sat on the corner of Hope and Waterloo Streets.

A Scotland fan has spent 104 days walking 3,000 miles across the US for the World Cup, raising money for mental health
He's responding to Americans who mocked Europeans for thinking they could walk to stadiums: "Never tell a Scotsman what he can and can't do."
This plaque on Main Street in Milngavie on the outskirts of Glasgow marks the site of George Bennie's remarkable, but experimental, Railplane.

Dunbar, East Lothian, Scotland 🏴
Dunbar is a coastal town in East Lothian on the North Sea shore. It was once a royal burgh and busy fishing port, and its castle ruins still stand right above the old harbour. While its best known as the Sunshine Capital of Scotland, the town is also famous as the birthplace of John Muir in 1838, who went on to become known as the Father of America’s National Parks.
Just across the harbour on Lamer Island is the Dunbar Battery. Built in 1781 to defend the town and harbour from privateers and possible invasion - although it was never actually used in action and later served as a hospital. These days it’s been restored as a public space with an amphitheatre for events and gives brilliant views out over the Bass Rock. The two harbours are still active with fishing boats and yachts, and the coastal paths make it easy to spend time exploring this sunny stretch of Scotlands shoreline.
Congratulations to Ewan Armstrong @ewanarm for being the first to identify this as Denholm in the Scottish Borders, and thanks to everyone who took part. The wider view can be seen on this page: https://t.co/ODoNERLYgv

A view from the south-east of Stac Pollaidh or "Stack Polly", north of Ullapool in Wester Ross. At 2,008ft or 612m in height, this is a mountain that easily makes up in character and charm for what it lacks in stature. More pics and info: https://t.co/xLL3fT1Xw3
