Yemen’s 1st national training on corruption risk management took place today in Aden. Under the PM’s auspices, UNDP supported 60 officials from ministries, public entities and local authorities with practical tools to strengthen integrity in revenue management & service delivery.

🗺️ من زيارتي الأخيرة إلى تونس الأسبوع الماضي مع مكتبنا الوطني في إطار محفظة التعاون التي ينفذها تحت عنوان "الحكومة كرافعة للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية".

💡بعد غياب، جميل أن تجد ثمار العمل المتراكم والإصرار في وجه الصعاب. تحويل مكافحة الفساد من نصوص قانونية جامدة وعناويين إصلاحية مجردة إلى نتائج ملموسة يجسدها رجال ونساء الإدارة العامة في عملهم اليومي، وإلى نهج إصلاحي وقائي حيّ يدافعون عنه بمهنية عالية ويعملون على تعميمه واحترافية رغم كل التحديات.

🔎 البداية-التجربة كانت مع قطاع الصحة، أما ترسيخ التجربة وتبلورها إستمر مع قطاع المياه، ثم مع قطاع النقل، والمرحلة التجريبية المقبلة تبدأ خلال أيام قليلة في قطاع التربية ومن ثم قطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية. تجارب تستحق توثيقًا دقيقًا ودعمًا عميقًا، ولربما حان وقت التحول من مرحلة التجربة، وقد نضجت، إلى مرحلة المأسسة المستدامة في القطاع العام.

👏🏻مبروك تونس 🇹🇳 والى الأمام، فمحطات الانجاز الحقيقي بالنسبة إلى الناس في بيوت التوانسة وشوراعهم ما تزال تحتاج إلى خطوات إضافية، وإن كنت أراها تقترب أكثر وأكثر.
