The rest was self defense, regardless of whether he should, or shouldn't have been there. He lived 15 miles away. I can't say this for certain until proper investigation comes out, 1/2

The first guy who was shot was ACTIVELY being aggressive with the militia, while the militia was using rifles as 1/2

My issue is the fact that he was a minor with a firearm, but if he was 18 and legally carrying it would be justifiable. The issue of self defense vs. murder shouldn't be that hard. I dont think he should walk entirely free. He resorted to lethal force rather quickly, but I also dont think he deserves 1st degree murder charges.
