Should any nation be afraid of REFERENDUM? Let’s talk about it.

Sustainable development lies not in the speed of the initial breakthrough, but in the depth of the roots and the ability to interconnect all values.

What is a Commodity Token?

In crypto, every token falls into 3 classes:

1. *Security Token:* Like a company share.
You buy it expecting the company to give you profit. Regulated by SEC.
Example: Stock.

2. Stablecoin: Pegged to $1. Example: USDT, OUSD.

3. Commodity Token:
Like Gold, Oil, Bitcoin, Rice.

It has value by itself, it's mined or created, and its price is determined by demand and supply.

Not controlled by one company promising profit.

Why Pi is considered a Commodity Token and NOT a Security?

This is what Pi Core Team put in their MiCA whitepaper to satisfy EU:

*1. It is Mined, Not Sold*
Gold is mined from ground.

Bitcoin is mined with computers.

Pi is mined with computers and mobile phones.

You don't buy Pi from Pi Core Team with promise of profit.

You mine it with your time and effort. That is a commodity nature.

*2. Decentralized*
Security has a CEO who controls profit.

Commodity has no owner.

Pi now has 400,000+ nodes, open source, community-run.

Pi Core Team does not control your Pi in your wallet.

Like nobody controls all the Gold in the world.

*3. Utility, Not Investment Contract*
The Howey Test (US test) says if you buy something expecting someone else to work and give you profit, it's a security.

Meaning it's NOT a security

- You use Pi to pay for goods, services, apps inside Pi Browser
- You use Pi to provide liquidity on PiDEX
- You use Pi to build dApps
It's a utility commodity, like using Gold to make jewelry or using Oil to power car.

*4. No Profit Promise*
Pi Core Team never said "Buy Pi and we will double your money." They said "Mine Pi and build ecosystem."

That is commodity language.

> *Under Commodity Token definition, Pi Network is Digital Gold.*

> - Gold is scarce, mined, has utility, price goes by market.

> - Pi is scarce (100B max), mined, has utility (payments, DeFi), price goes by market.

> That is why EU allowed Pi under MiCA commodity framework, and that is why it could be listed on regulated EU exchanges like OKX Europe.

> If Pi was classified as a Security, SEC would have banned it and EU would never allow it.

*Pi is not a company share.

Pi is digital commodity

One key factor i have realized to have a successful marriage is compromise.

When we talk about compromise, it isn't about accepting disrespect or bending your rules in order for peace, it's about choosing to help your wife when needed.

E.g. We all know it's a woman's responsibility to cook but there are certain days she's not feeling fine or you came home on time and since you can cook, it won't harm you to cook for both of you that day.

At the end of the day, it's all about you doing so because you want to and not because she told you to because a wife has no reason to tell her husband what to do because he's the head of the home.

Your choice of a partner is the most important decision a man can ever make, which is why as a man, if you're going to ever marry, do so because you're ready and you find the right one and not because you're being pressured to get married.

Always remember; marriage can either build you or break you.

Choose wisely!

$2,000 for 10 traders‼

October is here, and we’re kickstarting more traders again.

Since July, I’ve been putting aside $2,000 every month to help traders who have the knowledge but simply don’t have an account to trade with yet.

We’ve done this consistently, and October is no different.

Another $2,000 is going towards helping more traders get started this month.

If you currently do not have a trading account,

- Repost this post and comment:

“I need an account.”

That’s all.

I want to see how many people in this community are still being held back simply because they don’t have an account to trade with.

Let’s change that for a few people this October.

Being a woman doesn’t automatically make you deserving of a good man. If you’re disrespectful, selfish, chaotic, cold, or bring nothing but problems, your gender isn’t a résumé. A good man isn’t your reward for existing. Bring love, loyalty, peace, support, and character, or stop demanding what you refuse to give.

Many priests will tell you that over the course of their priesthood, they’re sometimes given extraordinary graces to see beyond the veil & catch a glimpse of the unseen world & what really happens at every Catholic Mass…

Sometimes, we too get the grace of seeing him seeing…

I hereby appeal to DG DSS to direct discontinuation of prosecution & free CHIDIEBERE LUKE ECHEFU, detained by DSS since 2021. I had filed suits to free him but DSS resisted the suit but has not diligently prosecuted the case. This man has a wife & 5 children who have suffered.
