@Ryanair @RyanairPress While at security my aunts boarding pass was not scanning. We was there for a least 20mins trying to get it to scan. I requested for the security staff radio the gate but she didn't. My other aunt went back to get another printed copy of the boarding pass.

Oh but wait let me take it back a bit...so @Ryanair @RyanairPress your system didn't allow us to check in online so you made us pay £55 each. There was 7 of us on the booking 😡. This delayed us as she refused to get a supervisor. A supervisor came after 10mins. We paid....

Imagine getting to the airport at approx 7:10am for a 09:45 flight but yet @Ryanair @RyanairPress agency stuff @Gatwick_Airport f**cks it up and makes you miss your flight and then has the audacity to tell you to pay £100 for another flight 😡.

Finally back in London after having the worst holiday experience EVER with @Ryanair @askryanair @RyanairPress. Customers service was poor, bar codes wasn't scanning at security, no call out flight and that is just the tip of the ice berg....let me sit down and explain further.
