Interesting insight. Looking at that schedule, it feels like it only captures the "on-pitch" team time. I always assumed a modern player's week was packed with individual gym blocks, intensive video analysis (which Unai Emery is famous for!), and strict recovery protocols. Does the core routine stay simple while the sports science wrapper around it gets bigger? And is there alot expected of the players outside of their time at the training ground in terms of recovery/ gym?

1)huge conflict of interests with girona being a pathway club to Man City and Pep being manager
2)Major transparency issues over it all actually being Pere Guardiolas money - he was football agent wealthy but not buy a football club wealthy.
