@sasan_goodarzi Think you should know that @QBCares is not focusing "on customer obsession to ensure that we are delivering awesome products." Having SEVERE ISSUES with @QBO. Got NO HELP from chat or phone. Knew more than them. Solution: N/C Upgrade to professional support. Thx.
Here's @QBCares@QuickBooks reply, "I'm unable to provide a direct phone number." That pretty much explains their customer service philosophy. Customer service refuses to help you contact customer service.

@QBCares Need to speak to a human for serious, long term issues with the software. Will NOT call the customer service number again. I know more than they do! Links to articles are useless. Only takes a few minutes for me to tweet about this multiple times a day. #QBDoesNotCare
