Here's @QBCares @QuickBooks reply, "I'm unable to provide a direct phone number." That pretty much explains their customer service philosophy. Customer service refuses to help you contact customer service.
How is that OK? Ans: IT ISN'T!!!! #QBDoesNotCare

@QBCares Need to speak to a human for serious, long term issues with the software. Will NOT call the customer service number again. I know more than they do! Links to articles are useless. Only takes a few minutes for me to tweet about this multiple times a day. #QBDoesNotCare
