One week after their union siblings at the Hampton Inn Center City won a historic contract, workers at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District hotel are ON STRIKE, demanding family-sustaining wages, humane staffing levels, improvements to health care and pension, and more.

After a 4 day strike the Sheraton Downtown and Hampton Inn, @UNITEHEREPhilly hospitality workers are continuing their fight. I was proud to stand with them at today’s press conference. With 2026 on the horizon, our hotels need the best staff, and that staff needs better wages, better treatment, and a better contract.
