Unity House is grateful to the Tompkins Charitable Gift Fund of Ithaca for a recent $1,500 grant. These funds will help us purchase a wheelchair swing to be used by our residents at one of our Tompkins County group homes in Ithaca.
This new facility will bring much-needed help as we continue to work together in the fight against the opioid epidemic and other substance use disorders. (END)

Governor Hochul will give her State of the State address tomorrow. Unity House advocates for a cost of living pay increase for our workers, and additional investments in the state budget to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
