I testified at a Congressional House hearing yesterday on COVID-19 vaccine injuries, led by MTG. We had ten Representatives and Senator Johnson attend and all were wanting justice for the vaccine injured and the American people. This is progress!
COURAGE. It takes true courage to write into #TheLivingArchive and relive the horrific journey of the pandemic. #NeverForget their story, and continue to stand by their side so this tyranny never happens again.
“Misinformation” is just another term which has been weaponized for PsyWar purposes. It’s actual meaning refers to opinions which differ from officially approved narratives. In other words- conscientious objections and sincere differences of opinion. @elonmusk
Pfizer and Moderna made billions of dollars on untested COVID jabs.
Most people don’t know, but COVID made Moderna profitable for the first time in over a decade.
Pfizer has also made tens of millions on the booster shots alone.
There’s more to this than meets the eye.
MUST READ! A cool, calm, and collected message from vaccine-injured pro mountain biker, Kyle Warner after advocating in D.C. last week:
I spent the last week In Washington, DC speaking to politicians on behalf of the people who had severe adverse reactions to the Covid-19 Vaccines. This kind of work is extremely difficult due to the stigma around it. Unfortunately in life there is no perfect medication, and almost anytime you consume something you have a small risk of it going poorly. For most medications there are programs that exist to deal with this fact.
In 1986 Ronald Reagan came together with the Pharma companies to create the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program ( VICP ). This program has awarded over 4 billion dollars to injured Americans in vaccine settlements since its inception. The best part, this program isn’t taxpayer funded. The VICP is funded by an excise tax on the companies.
However, neither Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J Covid vaccines are eligible for this program due to them being brought to market under the emergency use authorization. Instead these reactions have been placed in a very broken and limited program called the CICP.
The CICP is taxpayer funded program that does not reimburse for lost wages or pain and suffering. It also strips you of the right to a legal representative, and the ability to file an appeal. CICP has a 97% rejection rate historically & 95% of the programs budget has gone to overhead. Currently it has over 10,000 C19 Vaccine claims, and to date has only paid 6 people for a grand total of just under 18,000 dollars.
What we are asking the government for is retroactive addition of the Covid Vaccines into the VICP. This would allow people to file a claim, hire legal representation, and go through the process of a no fault trial. The projected cost for the house bill we are lobbying for ( #5142 ) is 2 billion dollars over ten years. The VICP currently has 4 billion sitting inside the trust. This money could help thousands of average Americans who rolled up their sleeve and “did their part”.
Parents like Ernest could be reimbursed for burying their sons, teenage girls like Maddie could pay their medical bills, explore new treatments, and get long term care. And men like my friend Doug could afford to repay the second mortgage on the house they had to take out to make the bathroom wheelchair accessible.
I wouldn’t be doing this if it weren’t for the family I have become a part of. These people are my brothers and sisters and I want to see them taken care of. Pfizer has made over $50,000,000,000 ( Billion ) from this one product alone & Moderna over $20 billion.
Other countries like Japan, Germany, and Singapore are taking care of their injured, but unsurprisingly in the country that produced the product, made the most money, and has the largest pharmaceutical lobby: The government is turning a blind eye.
Most politicians will tell us to our face that they agree with our ask, and that this is the right thing to do. However they are hesitant to be a part of the bill because “It’s too hot of a topic”. One day things will change, and tomorrow will be one day closer to that goal. We don’t know how long it will take, but it will happen. I am grateful for the opportunity to help contribute to this cause and hopefully we can raise some awareness for what we are doing. If you have a minute and want to support, you can email your house representative or senator and tell them to look at HR-5142. We have met with over 100 offices in the last year. But there are many more to go!
Thanks for all your support,
Kyle
How is “mask up” a humane response to a patient having difficulty breathing? Let’s get back to the real life-saving professionals with common sense. #NeverForget#TheLivingArchive#WeWontForget
"I view this as a pause until we get our day before a jury. The question of whether a parent or guardian should be involved in the care and welfare of their children is extremely important to all Californians and parents across the state. People want to settle the question once and for all: who do our children belong to? The government or their parents? The overwhelming majority of people that I have come across regardless of political affiliation, religion, or other position agree that children belong to their parents and parents have a constitutional right in the upbringing of their children’s lives. I have complete faith in our legal team and as I said I look forward to our day before a jury. We are committed to this for the long haul as we believe the state has continued to overstep boundaries.” -Sonja Shaw
