During the BRICS summit, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made several statements regarding peace in Ukraine. In particular:
“The prime minister reiterated that dialogue and diplomacy remains the way forward in resolving conflicts and India stands ready to assist in peace efforts.”
Modi began all these discussions while still in the car with Putin on the way to the summit. What’s more, they chose a longer, indirect route to allow more time for a one-on-one conversation.
There are even rumors that Putin arrived with a body double. Several Indian media outlets immediately drew attention to this. The theory is simple: the body double was supposed to handle the public part of the agenda while Putin himself spoke privately with Modi.
Against this backdrop, it is particularly telling that absolutely none of these talks about peace made it into the summit’s final declaration.
This is a direct demonstration of China’s position. Beijing does not want peace. Xi wants a long, grueling war.
And no, China does not need Ukraine to be destroyed. On the contrary. It needs to use our hands to exhaust Russia as much as possible, plunge it back into the Stone Age, and ensure that it can never again pose an independent threat to China.
That is precisely why all of China’s “aid” to Russia comes at an exorbitant price for Moscow. Putin has already de facto become Beijing’s vassal, and Russia is turning into China’s resource appendage.
The next task is simple: to bring Russia to a state where it can never again be a competitor to China — neither economically, nor technologically, nor militarily.
All of Russia’s nuclear capabilities will ultimately become, in effect, China’s strategic capabilities. This will give Beijing an unprecedented quantity and variety of strategic weapons and will definitively cement its claim to the status of the world’s number one power.
And Russia will be left with the role of a vast resource colony — a country reduced to such a state that, in exchange for Chinese “buses,” it will hand over oil, gas, metals, timber, and whatever else remains to be sold.

This is Kherson. A Russian drone operator hunts down a civilian fruit vendor and attacks him.
The Russian with the controller knows and sees what he is doing. A vile sadist, a subhuman, deliberately steers the drone at the poor man.
Reportedly, he survived.
@RealScottRitter You are LITERALLY an official pedophile working on the channel of Russian propagandist Solovyov.
Get the fuck off, there are no children here.
Russians hit the sarcophagus of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant.
This is a peace signal. Putin simply wants peace. Look, russia is for peace. Peace, isn't it clear?
Targeted russian strike on a children's hospital in Kyiv.
There is still no permission to attack ATACMS on russian airbases. Some politicians are still looking for peace with terrorists.
POV: Monday morning in Kyiv.
When your week starts like this, you know your country truly suffers.
When it’s been happening for nearly 2.5 years, you know the entire civilized world is in trouble, too.

The 4th alarm in Kyiv today. If anyone thought Okhmatdyt was a “mistake,” — russians have attacked another hospital in the city, killing at least 4 people and injuring a further 3. Search and rescue operations continue.

In total, russia launched over 40 missiles of various types at Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sloviansk, Pokrovsk and Kramatorsk. Residential buildings, energy infrastructure, businesses and 2 Kyiv hospitals were damaged.
People remain under the rubble of Okhmatdyt hospital. Kyiv residents help to clear the debris. Search and rescue operations are ongoing. There are currently 15 people dead, and 37 injured, in the capital.
No matter what russians and their appeasers say today — look at the aftermath of a direct missile hit on Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital. This is evidence of a war crime for which there are no excuses.
