The truth is, we only focused on legislation that truly mattered to the Georgian people. We started with just a handful of MPs fighting against corruption and built the most experienced legislative team in the country.
We’re proud of our work.
And we’ll be back.
With the term for the 10th Parliament over, our Faction (this account) is dissolved. We spent the last 23 years fighting for democracy, European integration, national security, and a prosperous economy
Some called us libertarians, liberals, centrists, socialists, conservatives…
The bill was a longtime project of Mikheil Saakashvili. Its veto in the first place was one of the reasons why he resigned as Minister of Justice and created @UNMGeorgia.
It’s blocking in Parliament created the impetus that led to the Rose Revolution 21 years ago 🌹
Just about 23 years ago, we filed our first-ever bill - the Illegal Property Return Act of 2001. Under the corrupt Shevardnadze years, it would have forced corrupt politicians to return to the state any property whose ownership they couldn’t justify.
A pro-Russian ‘reporter’ was told to leave a protest site after harassing students and a whole police investigation is launched.
The day before, two pro-Russian gangsters convicted for the murder of a TV cameraman in 2021 were released on parole.
This is even crazier. The Legion d’Honneur is the highest rank anyone in France can be given. Bidzina Ivanishvili doesn’t even meet the criteria for a single medal in Georgia, what was he doing getting decorated by the French President while stealing our freedom?
More than a year has passed since Georgian Dream signed the unconstitutional ‘Strategic Partnership’ with the CCP 🇨🇳 and we still have to hear one argument as to why it was necessary.

Article 25 of the French Civil Code states that naturalized French citizens can be stripped of their citizenship if “they act against the interests of France abroad”
Maybe it’s time that President @EmmanuelMacron consider removing Bidzina Ivanishvili’s French citizenship?
This morning, Special Forces broke through protester lines. At least 16 have been detained.
The man behind this morning’s assault was none other than Zviad Kharazishvili, the gangster sanctioned by the USA who ordered the assault against me this spring
While Georgia goes through a crisis, the courts released on parole two of the gangsters who violently assaulted TV cameraman Lekso Lashkarava, leading to his death in 2021.
This indicates the killing was planned by the state.
Assaulting journalists should be a hate crime.
Last year, the European Commission told Georgia to implement nine steps to move forward on the European integration path
Today, the European Commission says that in each of the nine reform priorities, the situation has gotten worse
It’s a Russian regime

It’s now both Russia and the Georgian Dream regime that have charged Davit Kezerashvili.
If you want to know why, it’s because Kezerashvili was Defense Minister during the August 2008 war and dared to refuse the Russian invasion.
EPP Foreign Affairs Ministers met today ahead of EU's Foreign Affairs Council. They exchanged views on Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and & need for stepping up EU support. They also focused on recent developments in Moldova and Georgia & the risk of 🇷🇺 interference.
Thank you to Mme. Juknevičienė for taking on this immense responsibility. Georgia needs more attention than ever before at this crucial time.
Every major institution and nation should be appointing special envoys for Georgia. I’m glad the European Parliament took initiative.
UPDATE: Public Defender Levan Ioseliani condemned how Kalandarishvili was splashed by black ink.
The same Ioseliani has yet to say anything about voter fraud and the dozens of violent assault that took place on Election Day.
His priorities suck
UPDATE: The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs has opened an investigation on charges of assault against Davit Kirtadze, today’s hero
The same Ministry that has yet to file a single charge against the dozens of assaults on opposition activists this year
You’re right. And they were.
But the day before Election Day, all markers were switched. And the ballot paper was supposed to be thicker, per testimony of the Central Election Commission, but that was thrown away at the last moment too.
It was a conspiracy
