Dear @nigimmigration, I commend the contactless passport renewal initiative and was among the first to apply in Canada. However, I sent my old passport on 21/11/2024, delivered to NHC Ottawa on 25/11/2024, but have received no acknowledgment or updates since.

Attempts to contact the NHC Ottawa via phone and email have been unsuccessful. Please clarify the status of my old and new passport to ensure confidence in this solution. @BTOofficial
