Aziz was abducted by his mother, Rabia Khalid, in 2017 and is now 14 years old. Both Rabia and her husband Elliot Bourgeois are currently in custody. UPDATE: Investigators have identified Little Miss Panasoffkee, a Jane Doe found in Florida in 1971, as 21-year-old Maureen L. Minor Rowan, affectionately known as "Cookie." Detectives believe her estranged husband – Charles Emery Rowan Sr., who passed in 2015– may have been involved in her murder.

A reward of up to $50,000 is available to anyone who provides information that leads to the location of Eubanks, who would now be 81.
