@CultureCrave Marvel is literally nothing but net right now rolling out three fantastic films in a row with a guaranteed 1.5-8 billion coming in December and next December, probably more and James Gunn is working on a Clayface movie that is guaranteed to flop. Two different leagues
@PalmyrPar Kevin Fiege sent Gunn to destroy DC once and for all. He’ll be rewarded handsomely with Guardians 4 and he’ll direct Young Avengers in 6 years. Book it.
@HollywoodHandle All Gunn had to do was follow the marvel play book with way better characters. Introduce your justice league with individual fantastic films and build to a coalition film against a big bad. Simple. Instead you get a lanterns show and a clay face movie that no one ever asked for.
@David_Da_Boss People are going to flip when the villain for 5 is The Prowler. After the events of Secret Wars we find Peter dealing with the fallout of reed and Franklin redesigning the universe as Peter fights to rid himself of the symbiote acquired in SW. Sets up miles and venom in 6.
@tervisscoot Can we please stop placing the animated movies in the same conversation as live action films. The bar is completely different as it should be. Into and across are both fantastic but it’s not fair to ask a live action film to replicate the beauty and nuance of an animated project.
@Harsikomide Parker’s attachment to the bugle only made sense in the context that pictures of Spiderman were extremely hard to come by and Peter just so happened to get the best shots in all of New York. We live in a digitized world where great pics of Spidey would be abundant.
