On 27th Jan 2021, I was accused of disobeying traffic signal at Baghwati Nagar chowk due to which I was slapped with a challan of ₹500 which i paid there on spot to the traffic police to which they gave me a long receipt generated from that mobile type machine++

It's impossible to keep a receipt of challan for 4 years that would have helped me to show a proof of payment. What to do now?
