Say no and you have to send the refurbished phone back and wait for a replacement, they wouldn't even offer a refund. 3 months no phone! Never buying a Samsung again...

Second S20+ phone with display issues out of the box. Samsung acknowledge manufacturing fault & want me to wait for them to repair it then send it back. Asked for a new replacement - they declined. 1 month later I still don't have a working phone! @SamsungAU
