So I ordered 2 main event tickets + 2 vip for @blueoctober Manchester. Due to see them tomorrow but having trouble with @TicketmasterUK as for some reason they cancelled the vip then told me it part of the main tickets

but now I have someone else from @Ticketmaster that is saying the main event was voided but she has reactivated them but sent an e-gift card that is to pay for the tickets. I now have no barcodes for tomorrow or any egift card and it's impossible to communicate with them
