🕊️ Former SA Under-18 rugby star Luqobo Makwedini has sadly passed away at the age of 20.
Makwedini reportedly collapsed after a training session with French club AS Béziers Hérault on Friday. He was rushed to hospital, where he later passed away.
The former Wynberg Boys' High standout had recently joined the club's academy and was regarded as one of its brightest young prospects, with hopes of breaking into the senior squad this season.
