@DaSadProfessor Mainly that there is only one queue. And much like Norms in league I could have either Faker or a brand new player on my team or against me. The variable is too high so I could lose or win steak and learn nothing by either staring at a gray screen or get carried and do nothing

The thing that baffles me the most about Dota and Deadlock is Valves approach to items. The "New Player" recommended builds are not that good and player driven builds without decision making is not helpful for a new player. At least in league they recommend items for situations.
From my take on the ethos. You should never load into a map looking to fight other players, loot their guns and leave like in Tarkov. You are meant scavenge around and look for loot. If another player shoots you, shoot back. If they are stealing your hard earned loot fight them.
We get robbed in the tutorial by AI raiders simulating players; PvP is encouraged before you get into your first match. The ethos of the game has changed since launch; going from a hypothetical to a reality - itโs just, the devโs hypothetical was a bit inaccurate, and thatโs okay. The developers may have had an idea of how the games ethos will be, but the players will mold the ethos their way. PvP may not have been part of the ethos at launch, but it is now. And hiding players who refuse to PvP in a PvPvE game by shoving them into โdonโt shootโ servers via aggression-based matchmaking is going to make the loud minority even more loud.
@ProjectAsheNA What is the significance of hitting the tower twice in this scenario? Forget the roam to mid, both of you just walk to scuttle which is up, deny the enemy jungle exp and gold.
