@iminasim I had to send it back again to get the m.2 replaced and at that point I just put my own ssd in it. Their parts are so faulty. I would suggest NZXT if you get a refund

@iminasim @DigitalStormPC Yeah don’t order from them. I bought one 3 years ago. Within 2 months my motherboard went out because of a faulty m.2 and the tech support people tried to tell me it was a windows issue. Sent it back. They fixed the motherboard but not the m.2 and then within a week
