@OrevaZSN I used to have severe anxiety over a lot of things until I stopped taking things to serious and another thing that helped was to stop thinking about others opinion
@OrevaZSN I struggled with anxiety for so long, and it definitely improved when I stopped taking everything so seriously.
Having fun with life and deciding that everything is an opportunity to acquire a new experience is such a simple but effective perspective shift.
This is free advice from an expensive psychologist. If you’re an anxious person, do everything for fun. Go to a job interview for fun. Submit documents for fun. Start a blog for fun. Anxiety feeds on importance. Don’t make everything a matter of life and death.
To close to home. He was involved in a car accident that claimed 2 other age mates. The car plunged into the river and he’s not been found since.
It’s extremely hard to grasp man. I don’t know him personally, but I struggled to sleep today knowing they still haven’t found him💔
I don’t like people gossiping about their friends to me. Today you’re telling me everything they did wrong, tomorrow you’re posting mimosa dates and “my girl ❤️” on Instagram. Miss me with all that.
No problem has ever been resolved by merely worrying about it. Worry, left unchecked, will turn into fear. Prayer, on the other hand, is a game changer and is how we are instructed to petition God.
God is very intentional. Nothing about your life is random. Not the delays, not the detours, not even the waiting. He knows exactly what He's doing. Please learn to trust him more this year.
As I continue to become a better woman,I’m really starting understand the importance of remaining silent. Not everything needs your input or opinion, not everyone deserves a reaction from you. Some situations are just meant to bring you out of character.
