@Niva_Bupa has forced an agent on my insurance who has not been responding to calls for years. Is this normal?
Raised it last year, and they say they cannot change agent. Why should not I move to @policybazaar ..?

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @Cashify_ @gonoise After multiple escalations, someone from Amazon delivery arrived, behaving like a rogue (rude and clearly unwilling to honor honour the exchange). Agent refused delivery and asked me to cancel. I refused to cancel from my end.

Is @amazonIN running an intentional fraud here?
1. No delivery attempts made in the last 48 hours.
2. The Delivery agent disconnects every attempt to call them.
3. Chat / Call center executive making promises of immediate actions and updates, none received. 1/2

The mobile on Exchange has absolutely no damage, no inspection was performed and yet, @Cashify_ has unilaterally declared body damage, screen damage. Can they show proof of the inspection and damage? @amazonIN

@JM_Scindia A serious audit is required on the way #DigiYatra is being used at the Bengaluru airport. The queues are 20-30min long while the normal gates are not allowing DigiYatra users through. Nobody knows why. @_DigitalIndia should not cause inconvenience and harassment!!
