@iamtomskinner I have worked in estate agency, 35 years, sales &lettings. You have been very kind, &fair play, but she will now be considered safe, housed, and not vulnerable. So the council, will no longer need to find her somewhere. It’s a daft situation, but they will look at it by the rules

Played beautiful Woburn today, an amazing charity day.. never played a course quite like it, if you missed the fairway, you were in the trees, no rough, no water.. pleasure to play such a great course

@iamtomskinner Vilamoura is amazing, harbour is full of great restaurants.. but take a 15 minute walk, or get a taxi, to the Thai Beach club.. amazing setting, great food, and not expensive

@iamtomskinner Hi, I go every year, for last 10 years…Thai beach club is exceptional, about a 15 minute walk along from the harbour.., Luna Rosa is a great pasta restaurant… My Thai for Thai food… Gavea for swordfish.

@KirstieMAllsopp I’ve been in estate agency for 38 years, I’ve never known it so slow, so stressful, majority of sellers and buyers, want to complete 8 weeks, but 16 weeks is being quoted by solicitors, so they accept it.. the transaction starts off on the back foot, this is where it goes wrong.
