@GetSpectrum y’all really a money hungry business, who don’t have customers service skills or genuine empathy. I literally have paid for an extra line that I wasnt able to use just to ask for it to be taken off, spoke with 3 different reps was told it was fixed and it wasn’t

@GetSpectrum you should encourage your employees to be empathetic and not so indifferent it really impacts how your company and its values are viewed

I sat and was told my account would be adjusted and fixed at the beginning of the month and it was, just to be told now that my balance is past due and I still have to pay the amount I was told I didn’t have to pay

@GetSpectrum then to be told it’s because I didn’t pay the balance. There wasn’t a balance so how can something be added to what wasn’t there. So y’all really just determine to make me pay for something I haven’t been able to use since November of last year

@creditkarma @creditkarma thank you for nothing and taking money out of My children and I’s mouths. I hope who ever uses there online banking knows they do not take theft seriously and should reconsider keeping your money there

Well until everything changed. Now looking into one another’s eyes was too much, he would see too much of her. He would see her insecurity. Not within herself the insecurity she had about him and if he was only hers.
