The sad part is that, they didn’t install CCTVs to protect women (Women had asked for them- outside LSR and women’s colleges but installed these across central delhi), they never did anything for Manipur (3+ yrs of violence), they refused bail to Umar Khalid but provided bail to people like Ram Rahim. So, we know where their priorities lie

@Spidey8777 Ofc ofc, no doubts, when the govt never listens, when their accountability goes missing, if peaceful protestors seek permission, authorities are v likely to reject that too. (Because they’re against convos sadly) We still maintained decorum, did not hit back.

@Spidey8777 Reservations are a separate debate, but I support them when implemented fairly. I’ve seen creamy-layer privilege being misused, but that doesn’t negate their purpose. When education and opportunity are unequal, reservations aren’t a privilege. They’re a way to bridge the gap.
