@VELIYUJIIN@Roblox@Roblox Please get this fixed, way too many people are suffering due to these issues. Appeals being ignored or hit with AI/Bot messages. Do better.
Hi @Roblox, my account VeIifer (the L is an uppercase i: "Veiifer") was terminated on Jan 23, 2026 for "Reason: Other" with no visible violation or further explanation listed. This also extended to my two project accounts, AetasRomana and Vortonopolis, both of which were terminated in tandem with my main.
My VeIifer account is around 10 years old with 10 years worth of memories that I value deeply. Unfortunately, these memories have now been erased. I also was lucky enough to own several limited items, of which amounted to over 450k+ in Robux valuations. While that may not be too impressive at large, these items were mine and mine alone. Over these 10 years, I started up, was a part of, or was actively contributing to dozens of innovative projects across the community, as I discovered a lot of genuine creativity in more niche, passionate circles. And while I may not play or contribute as much as I used to, I did not want my account to be removed from the platform.
Since my ban, I have attempted every support route your system offers:
- Jan 23: I opened & submitted an appeal ticket through your dedicated support form, which has received no response.
- Feb 3: I sent a follow-up email reply to the automated ticket processing email, which received no response.
- Feb 13: I opened a second ticket despite the fact that I was informed to "Please only send one message for each moderation action. Multiple messages about the same account or moderation may result in a delayed response and will not be responded to further after a decision has been made." This second ticket received no response.
- Feb 22: I attempted to directly email Roblox Support, to which I was sent an automated response informing me that the email isn't monitored, and that I should send an appeal ticket through your original support form. I sent a third ticket and have received no response.
My Violations & Appeals page still shows no specific rule or incident that I violated to cause terminations across all of my accounts. I have no way to understand nor rectify my situation without any communication whatsoever being exchanged. Your automated email response states:
"After 30 days, moderation actions against an account are ineligible for review."
Yet you will ignore your players for well over 30 days who have no idea what is going on.
Recently, I have come across several other incidents where people have faced similar terminations. I will attach an image of this happening to someone else I know, which happened recently after mine on Jan 27.
I also recently came across this: https://t.co/c2nneySQ7R however interestingly, when this individual views their Violations & Appeals page, they were provided an actual violation, whereas in my Violations & Appeals page, it shows nothing of the sort.
I'm sharing these situations to seek any kind of assistance and to signal boost these similar unexplained terminations that me and others appear to be experiencing.
Why do your teams make use of your vast resources to terminate random people seemingly on mere whims who have done nothing wrong, yet will avoid properly addressing real, important issues your platform faces?
Thank you for your attention.

@or_dinal I have faith in the Knight, he earned that title, he will not fall to ill-fated brigands standing in his path..
Looks amazing as usual ordinal!
