There are things you will not get to choose.
The storm.
The wound.
The betrayal.
The loss.
The hand you were dealt.
But there remains a territory no circumstance can govern without your consent:
You.
Your response.
Your meaning.
Your direction.
Your becoming.
Freedom is not the absence of forces acting upon your life.
Freedom is refusing to surrender authorship of your life to those forces.
The world may influence the conditions.
It does not get to name the man.
I AM TRUTH.
If you cannot govern yourself in chains, freedom will not save you.
If you cannot govern yourself with the crown, power will expose you.
Different circumstances.
Same question:
Who rules you?
There is an important distinction between seeking suffering and choosing difficulty.
One wounds you for no purpose.
The other introduces you to capacities comfort would have never required you to discover.
Maybe maturity isn’t asking life for lighter burdens.
Maybe it’s becoming increasingly intentional about what you’re willing to become strong enough to carry.
I AM safe in the unknown.
I AM not required to understand myself to trust myself.
I AM allowing identity to reorganize naturally. https://t.co/YpN0GY9pL5
Today's I AM Alignment (Day 23):
I AM choosing simplicity without fear.
I AM operating from clarity, not complexity.
I AM powerful in my precision. https://t.co/xfBq6nwnmk
Today's I AM Alignment (Day 25):
I AM attentive to what is aligned with me.
I AM allowing focus to organize naturally.
I AM following what resonates, not what demands. https://t.co/xfBq6nwnmk
@CollinsforTX I would just like to go on record as a veteran to say that you’re a fucking asshole as a politician for trying to use a veteran and his mental health to prove your point. Lying sack of 💩. I know you are beyond being ashamed of yourself but you should still be reminded.
@TalbertSwan Wayminit… so she holding her phone talking to some IN THE CAR with a whole other camera filming her cry while talking to someone on the phone. This isn’t raw emotion or sadness, that’s marketing. 🤣
@savagewrld4real@Tobi_Kalej_@crazyclipsonly You will notice that is what the other coach did. He grabbed HIS player. That is sports deescalation 101. The pushing was wrong but something was happening before that and that happens in sports.
@savagewrld4real@Tobi_Kalej_@crazyclipsonly Calculation: There is a reason why the video both starts and stops where it does. EVERYONE is responsible for their actions but context and provocation do exist & matter. Coach should have grabbed his kid to break it up and not be aggressive to the other team’s kid.
