@lyft I was FORCED to call and schedule another driver which made me 15 minutes late for work this morning. I am loyal to Lyft and use your services almost everyday. I hope you guys credit the $5 fee, if not I Will Be a using the Uber services instead.

@lyft I waited for my scheduled driver Mr Howell to pick me up. He never showed and I was unable to schedule another driver so I called and spoke to Mr Howell directly. He said he was picking up another passenger & that it may have been a glitch bc he was re-routed.
