THE RESOLUTION FOR WOMEN
Day 12 of 15

Sisters, the finish line is in sight—do not grow weary now.

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

DAY 12 — I WILL COURAGEOUSLY FINISH BY HIS STRENGTH

I resolve before God that I will not quit, drift, or settle for almost.
By His strength alone I will finish this resolution with courage, clarity, and full obedience.
No half-measures. No quiet retreat. I press on.

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

This is not about your grit—it is about His power at work in a yielded woman. Finish strong. Finish faithful. Finish as a warrior who kept her word to the Lord.

TODAY:
1. Name the specific place you are tempted to ease up or quit.
2. Speak Philippians 4:13 out loud and mean it.
3. Take one deliberate step of obedience you have been delaying.
4. Thank God in advance for the strength to cross the finish line.

Father, I refuse weariness and compromise. Fill me with Your strength today. Let me finish this resolution with courage that honors You. Keep my heart fixed and my feet steady. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Paul’s Letter to the Galatians

(Galatians 2:16)
“Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ…”
Paul had a problem down in Galatia. He had preached Jesus Christ, and folks had believed. But then some came along telling them that believing in Jesus wasn't enough. They needed to add circumcision and keeping the Law to be right with God.
Paul wasn't having any of it.
You see, you can't improve on what Jesus finished at Calvary. Salvation ain't a paycheck for good behavior, and it ain't a prize for keeping enough religious rules. It's the gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ.
Now, that doesn't mean we can live any old way we please. Grace isn't a license to sin; it's the power that changes how we live. We don't obey God to purchase our salvation. We obey because we've been saved and belong to Him.
There's a difference between serving the Lord out of love and trying to earn His favor by checking off a list of rules. One flows from gratitude; the other puts us right back in bondage.
Here's the dirt road truth: You can't earn God's grace, and you can't add to Christ's finished work. But if you've truly received His grace, don't expect to walk away unchanged.
Don't put a price tag on what Jesus paid for with His blood.
🙏 A question to ponder: Am I trusting in what Christ has done for me, or am I still trying to earn what He freely gives?

Brother, sister — belief that never walks is not the faith that saves a house.

I have known seasons where I could say God was real and still refuse the road He marked. The mind can nod. The mouth can agree. Demons do that much.

“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” — James 2:19 (KJV)

Obedience is where love shows its face. Not when it is easy. When it costs pride, comfort, habit, and the old man who wants to stay in charge.

“If ye love me, keep my commandments.” — John 14:15 (KJV)

True faith is not proven by what we post. It is proven by what we do when nobody is clapping — when the Word cuts, when the Spirit says turn, when the marriage, the mouth, the screen, or the secret place has to come under Christ.

“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” — James 1:22 (KJV)

Ask it straight tonight: Do I only believe He is real, or do I trust Him enough to follow?

Lord Jesus, I believe. Now make me a doer. Teach me to walk Your ways in this house and honor You in all I do. Amen.

Brother, I have lived inside one of these prisons.

Not with iron bars you could see. With thoughts that felt like stone. After service, after the shop closed, after the body broke down and the darkness tried to take the house with it, I let arguments become truth. Fear dressed itself as wisdom. Shame wrote my name. Unforgiveness sat in the chair that belonged to Christ. I shut the door on the very people God gave me to love. That is what a stronghold does. It does not always scream. Sometimes it just keeps repeating the same lie until you start calling it “me.”

The Word of God does not leave us guessing:

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (KJV)

**What builds the fortress**

A stronghold is not a feeling you failed to manage. It is an argument you accepted. A proud thought that refused the Word. A wound you kept rehearsing instead of bringing to the Cross. Trauma, loss, betrayal, disability, failure, rejection — those can be the bricks. Agreement with the lie is the mortar. The enemy does not need new material. He only needs you to keep saying yes to the old sentence.

**How you pull it down**

You do not negotiate with a prison that heaven has already declared illegal.

- Name the lie out loud and set 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 against it.
- Take the thought captive. Do not pet it. Do not explain it. Make it bow to Christ.
- Forgive where unforgiveness is the lock.
- Open the Book every day. Obedience starves the fortress.
- Stay grateful. Thanksgiving is not denial. It is preservation.
- Do not fight alone. Tell a trusted brother. Let the body of Christ stand with you.

I did not get free because I was strong. I got free because God is. He started the Jeep when it should not have started. He returned what was lost. He restored a marriage the enemy had already written off. He still demolishes illegal prisons.

If you are in it tonight — the loop, the shame, the “this is just who I am” — hear me. That fortress is not your identity. You are an heir of liberty. Christ already paid for the demolition. Walk out. Take the thought captive. Come home to the truth.

Heaven sees the wall. Heaven also sees the Son who already tore it open.

Day 12 of 15

Brothers, courage is not a mood. It is obedience when fear still talks.

“Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” — Joshua 1:9 (KJV)

DAY 12 — TAKE COURAGE FOR LIFE

This resolution was never meant to die on Day 15. A man of God does not try on holiness for two weeks and then fold. He plants his feet and keeps the line after the challenge ends.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

Fear will offer you a quieter house, a softer feed, and a smaller God. Refuse it. The Lord did not give you that spirit. Power. Love. A sound mind. Use all three and finish what you started.

TODAY:
1. Speak Joshua 1:9 out loud in the place where fear has been loudest.
2. Do the hard thing you have delayed because it costs comfort, pride, or approval.
3. Tell one brother this resolution is not a 15-day hobby — ask him to hold you after Day 15.
4. Write the line you refuse to retreat from and keep it where you will see it.

Father, put steel in these men. Drive out the spirit of fear. Give them power to obey, love that does not quit, and a sound mind that will not bargain with the dark. Make this resolution a life, not a season. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
