‼️2022 RULE REVISION‼️ Effective immediately, USAR Rules have been revised to allow carries on all touches and redefine an illegal contact to be a catch:
“5.3.2. The ball must not be caught.
5.3.2.1. A catch happens when the ball comes to rest on any part of the player.”
