During a targeted enforcement operation, USBP agents in San Diego Sector arrested a Mexican national near San Jose, CA, who is wanted in Mexico for fleeing justice on bribery and narcotics charges. This criminal illegal alien is now in removal proceedings and will be turned over to Mexican authorities to face his charges.

Working alongside our law enforcement partners, we are making it clear that the United States is not a safe haven for fugitive illegal aliens.
