Today, we dedicated South Carolina’s first and only College of Veterinary Medicine. The Harvey S. Peeler Jr. College will prepare veterinarians and strengthen communities across our state, and I am grateful for all of the leaders who made this possible for our students!
A historic day for Clemson University and South Carolina.
University and state leaders gathered today to dedicate the Harvey S. Peeler Jr. College of Veterinary Medicine, South Carolina’s first college of veterinary medicine.
🚨 Hundreds of volunteers will be out this weekend, August 14–16, removing litter from roadways throughout Richland and Lexington counties and the City of Columbia.
If you see litter cleanup signs or volunteers in safety vests, please slow down and use caution.
State Election Commission Board chair Dennis Shedd addressing the public for the first time on the firing of former Commissioner Howard Knapp and his deputy, Paige Salonich.
Said Knapp turned the office into a "hostile and toxic" work environment, and attempted to spy on board.
This was epic, heavenly, redemptive, exciting, emotional, historic. Congrats Coaches, players and FANS!!! We are proud Gamecocks! Let’s never forget this one. On the CFP!

BIZARRE: Some SC lawmakers who claim to fight for freedom oppose a bill increasing accountability for state bureaucrats.
Right now, the state health director is answerable only to an unelected board. Senate Bill 915 makes the Secretary of Health accountable to the Governor and the people.
Encourage your lawmakers to choose accountability over bureaucracy.
I’m not upset that a playoff game is exclusively on @peacock , but if I’m gonna pay extra for this it should come across in hi-def. No issues earlier on @YouTubeTV
