It's been a while!
I'm doing a donation drive for Cancer Care Manitoba and I'll be streaming gaming starting Sept 27th, Monday-Friday 5:30pm-10pm CST playing games with close friends and coworkers at https://t.co/izXngky5Go
Definitely come check it out!

@PhantomAbyss Is the disconnection issue patch nearing completion? I really, really want to play and 100% the current content, but after my 13th-ish disconnect on relics and mid-run, it's understandably frustrating.
@PhantomAbyss Loving the game, but I keep getting kicked to menu when completing a run, which is super frustrating. It says server maintenance. Lost a whip and two first-run relics to being disconnected
Noticed a huge spike in downloads of Press Ctrl by twitter users. Went to investigate. Found this tweet. π± THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

@Cyanilux I like that quite a bit. I imagine Donut County is actually moving a plane around that has a hole in it, rather than moving and recalculating a collision mesh and cutting it out.
Very cool cyan, love your work
@Cyanilux Very interesting. So if the sphere is overlapping the player, it moves the player to the layer that can collide with the platform and removes it on exit? I imagine this is different than what a game like Donut County does for its hole
Day 111
Put in the fog of war to the main game and implemented a basic "Buildings and units can see". I'll soon be controlling the resources and non-player units' visibility. if it's black, you can't see anything.

Day 110
Tackled the fog of war shader applying to Unity's terrain and followed a tutorial by @runewake2 , it walked through surf shaders but I had to use vert/frag so there was some conversion needed
Very cool video!
