BDM, AIGETOA और BTEU की स्पष्ट मांग — BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए और Affordability Clause को बिना किसी देरी के समाप्त किया जाए।

यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।

हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।

BSNL के कर्मचारियों ने कंपनी के पुनरुत्थान में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। अब समय आ गया है कि उनके साथ न्याय किया जाए।

BDM, AIGETOA एवं BTEU की एकजुट और स्पष्ट मांग है कि BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए तथा Affordability Clause को बिना किसी विलंब के समाप्त किया जाए।

यह गंभीर विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले प्रतिनियुक्ति अधिकारी 7th CPC का लाभ प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, जबकि वर्षों से कंपनी को आगे बढ़ाने वाले नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC के अपने वैध अधिकार से वंचित हैं।

समान कार्य के लिए समान सम्मान और ���मान वेतन लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था का मूल सिद्धांत है। इसलिए प्रतिनियुक्ति अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों एवं अन्य सुविधाओं की असमानता तत्काल समाप्त की जानी चाहिए।

BSNL कर्मचारियों ने कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी अपने समर्पण और मेहनत से कंपनी के पुनरुत्थान में अहम भूमि��ा निभाई है। अब उनकी निष्ठा का सम्मान करने और न्याय सुनिश्चित करने का समय है।
