For a dental surgeon, history taking is a must - not a formality.
Medical, drug & allergy, dental, and habit history changes the treatment plan and prevents emergencies.
5 minutes of asking saves hours of complications.

Even healthy foods like dragon fruit can trigger sudden allergy in some - even with no past history.
Signs: itching, lip/eye swelling, breathing difficulty, vomiting, dizziness.Stay calm, seek medical help quickly. Asking about allergies before sharing food helps.

We celebrate a child as a beginning, admire an 80-year-old.But in the mirror, however well we dress, it still hits.Acceptance isn't a speech.
It's a daily conversation with yourself.
Maybe that's aging gracefully.

> Idea: What if every medical college in TN adopts 1 old age home near them?
>
> - 1 visit/month by interns/PGs and at times of need
> - Basic screening: sugar, BP, skin, eye
> - Free meds via Govt supply
> - Real community learning for students

As a dentist applying for faculty roles, I find it uncomfortable when bank docs/cancelled cheque is asked at the initial application stage.Payment details should ideally be collected after selection, during onboarding.
Hope institutes consider this. #DentalEducation #DataPrivacy

Why do hotels still think one blanket is enough for two people? 🙄 It’s an absolute war zone in bed trying to stay covered. Please start giving us two blankets by default. It’s genuinely so irritating. #HotelProblems #TravelFail #HotelLife

If IQ was enough, no one would have a boss. Confidence ≠ Competence. IQ ≠ R&D, ROI & P&L. People don't work under a CEO because they are dumb — they work in a system. Even a CEO answers to a BOD.

I am an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with active DCI registration.
When I travel outside TN, I can't order even basic medicines on @Apollo24x7, MedPlus etc.
Every app is built only for PATIENTS. No option to verify me as a Doctor.
Does anyone else face this?

An elderly resident was seen crying in an old age home due to inadequate food and poor daily care. For a facility that accepts public donations, the basic standards of nutrition, empathy, and elderly dignity must be strictly maintained.

#InsuranceReform

DIrect submission of medical tests to insurance systems bypasses patient verification. Technical errors go unnoticed, leading to wrongful denials when results are flawed. Patients deserve a copy and time to review data before submission to prevent systemic harm

I'm on an Airtel prepaid 5G connection and keep getting spam calls and SMS asking me to complete KYC. When I check in the Airtel app, it clearly says no KYC is pending. I'm currently away on holiday, so this is unnecessary and confusing. Please address this. @airtelindia_
