@_tudor_james_ So true! And far easier to say than do. Many teams still worry about looking busy... perhaps this happens due to the way they’ve been organised
@OnlyChrisBH It’s amazing what effort individuals will put into blocking a change initiative that impacts a long standing ineffective process... proper upfront change management can avoid this
A4: Does your team run experiments? For me this one says a lot... teams that experiment together grow faster. This one often needs leadership/permission (sadly) from the top #DevOpsChat
A3: Standardisation. I feel this has to follow the “just enough” approach. Too much and nobody is trying out anything new for the sake of bulk licence discounts. Too little and something is going to break/no one will ever know what works well #DevOpsChat
A2: A2: Org Structure and Culture. If the environment isn’t built to enable collaboration it’s likely actively preventing it - don’t have your teams fight to do their best work #DevOpsChat
