@williwillchilli If the Zucchini is small, the flowers pulled back and filled with a stuffing of cooked fried rice, herbs, spices, & diced red capsicum and onion and tied with a long spring onion leave. Fry it or bake until the Zucchini is brown and just tender. Lift out gently and S&P to taste.

@sarahgirlwonder I looked closely at what I had chosen for my ticket with Virgin and I had purchased insurance. I rang them and I can do a date change for a small fee. Accommodation, the Hyatt have not processed my credit card yet so it looks like I might be OK.

I am supposed to be flying to Sydney next Saturday morning. Now lock down is in force in WA, and NSW will make a decision soon, I suspect that I'll lose my airfare and accomm costs.
If I did go, 2 wks ISO poss in NSW and on return to WA for 2 wks. Not sure insurance covers this.

@NonpartisanB Yes, quite a few in NSW, a couple in Victoria and a couple in WA north of the city. When this happens, we border closures, masks are mandatory and those not vaccinated are encouraged to do so. I believe it is the Delta strain.
We are in Australia, so the states are cautious.
