@Emmachuuks I find that if you mix the two together, it’s perfect. I drink about 100 g of protein in protein shakes and get the rest of my protein from chicken breast steaks and turkey. Seems to work the best.

@Musclemanhh This is why a lot of people have a hard time losing weight. You literally can’t say calorie deficient because that is literally the only thing that will work. The only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. There is no shortcut. There is no other way.
