According to an Iraqi port official, two foreign tankers carrying Iraqi fuel oil were attacked within the territorial waters of Iraq within the last hour, causing both to catch fire in the Persian Gulf. A total of 25 crewmembers onboard the vessels have been evacuated so far by authorities in Iraq.
U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s negotiated energy ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine has completely collapsed tonight, with Russia launching a major multi-hour-long drone and missile attack Monday night against several cities and energy infrastructure in and around the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, targeting power plants, substations, and other infrastructure sites throughout Ukraine. In addition, several high-rise residential buildings in Kyiv and other cities across Ukraine were struck during the attack, all while drones, cruise and ballistic missile continue to be launched by Russia.

Dnepropetrovsk is also being hit hard. Another 4 Islanders struck the city.

So far, a total of 30 (!!) Iskander-M ballistic missiles have been used, along with 9 Kh-22/32 cruise missiles, and 2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles.
The following has been hit so far:
- "Kyiv" 750 kV electrical substation.
- Kyiv CHP-5 Combined Heat and Power Plant.
- Kyiv CHP-4 Combined Heat and Power Plant.
- Prydniprovska Power Plant in Dnipro.
- TEC-5 Power Plant in Kharkiv.
- Other targets.
Two missiles are also confirmed to have been shot down over Kyiv. It's unclear if these were actual Iskander-Ms or S-400 decoys.
6 Kalibrs flew towards Bashtanka, Mykolaiv Oblast and disappeared. At the time they were flying in 3 pairs of 2, at varying low altitudes of between 20 and 90 metres.
If it's true the Oreshnik penetrated deep underground gas storage sites this seems to confirm one of the Oreshnik's long-believed capabilities of being a deep penetrator weapon via sheer kinetic inertia
