Space Launch Delta 45 held its inaugural noncommissioned officer induction ceremony, welcoming 28 new Guardians and Airmen into the NCO corps. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Carolyn A. Russell, Senior Enlisted Airmen Advisor to the Chief Master Sergeant of the Space Force, addressed the inductees, emphasizing essential leadership traits for their transition. She urged them to focus on her 'Three G's': Growth, Grit, and Grace.

🚀 Space Force launches outreach program 🧠

The Space Force is launching "Guardian Spark", a new annual outreach program that connects Guardians with students in grades 3 to 12 to share the mission, people and opportunities behind the nation’s newest military service. The inaugural Guardian Spark campaign will run from Nov. 9 through Dec. 20, 2026, culminating with the Space Force’s birthday.

@USSOCOM and the U.S. Space Force have activated the U.S. Space Forces Special Operations component command, with a formal activation ceremony scheduled to take place at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Nov. 2.

Effective Oct. 7, SPACEFOR-SOC was activated as a component field command of the U.S. Space Force. While space capabilities are already integrated into USSOCOM missions, this activation institutionalizes how the Space Force organizes, trains, equips and presents forces for the special operations enterprise.
