Took a break from building software and leading our team @ValariSolutions to teach a room full of soon-to-be grads at @USTbusiness how to build their Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

TL;DR: Make it work → Make it usable → THEN make it pretty.

Biggest takeaways from the session:
✔️ An MVP isn’t about shipping a half-baked idea—it’s about proving you’re solving a real problem before you invest time and money scaling it.
✔️ Your first version is supposed to be functional, not flawless (trust me, no one cares how sleek your UI is if the product doesn’t solve a problem).
✔️ If your MVP looks like a work of art, you probably spent too much time on it.
✔️ And finally—yes, I wore my Valari Solutions hat, because branding is everything. 😎
