My car was stolen and recovered by the CP crack squad IKEJA, and after I was asked to pay #400000 to the tracker agent the claimed to use, they sold my RS 350 Jeep! I have written petition to your office and till now nothing has been done,I have video prove and conversation prove as well and the police officers involved.

Let us take a moment to appreciate the genius of the APC government. It is a masterclass in audacity.

They took N1.6 billion of your money. Your taxes. Money that could have fixed roads, equipped hospitals, or funded scholarships.

They used it to build a student hostel at the University of Lagos, a project meant to solve a desperate accommodation crisis for young Nigerians struggling to get an education.

And then, they put a price tag on it that is three times the university’s tuition fee.

They built a solution with public money and turned it into a private enterprise. They took a lifeline and turned it into a luxury good. They looked at students sleeping in overcrowded rooms or commuting for hours, and they saw a business opportunity.

So, to the APC, to Mr. Gbajabiamila, we say: thank you.

Thank you for providing the single greatest metaphor for your entire government. You have, in one building, perfectly summarized your approach to national stewardship.

1.Take public resources.
2.Brand them as your personal achievement, complete with a sculpture.
3.Price them out of the reach of the very people you claim to be serving.

This isn’t just a hostel. This is the Tinubu economic model cast in concrete. It is the same logic that sees our national assets as collateral, our citizens as revenue sources, and our collective future as a commodity to be traded.

They are not just renting out rooms. They are renting your own money back to you at a premium. They are telling every Nigerian parent that their child’s education is not a right, but a high-end consumer product. They are telling every student that a roof over their head is a privilege, not a basic necessity for learning.

This is the difference between a government that invests in its people and a regime that preys on them. A leader with Character, Competence, and Capacity sees a student housing crisis and builds a sustainable, affordable solution. A regime driven by greed sees a crisis and builds a tollbooth.

Look at that N1.6 billion building. It is not a gift. It is an invoice. It is a daily reminder of who this government works for, and it is not you.

They are betting you won’t notice. They are betting you will be grateful for the shiny new building and forget to ask who paid for it and who profits from it. They are betting you will see the name on the plaque and forget the names on the ballot paper who are struggling to pay the fees.

They are wrong.

We see the building. We see the price tag. And we see the truth.

Remember this building. Remember the students commuting for hours while rooms paid for by their parents’ taxes sit empty or are occupied by those who can afford the extortionate rates. Remember it when they talk about “Renewed Hope.”

And then, when the time comes, act accordingly.

Theodore Orji did it as Abia State Governor to workers teachers from other states of SE #Nigeria, for instance, kicking off a pernicious round of tit-for-tat backloading across the region.

These affected teachers & workers who had worked for many years & accrued rights of pension, for instance, lost all of that overnight.

The resulting hardships were incalculable. Many of the affected people have since died without redress or even access to their accrued pension & labour rights. This thing was criminal.

Today the 24th day of March 2026, the Supreme Court of Nigeria finally ended the most agonizing journey of 96 Nigerians teachers who were unjustly redeployed to their states of origin by the government of Benue State in 2006. These Nigerians who were experienced teachers were employed by the Benue State Universal Basic Education Board and or various local governments of Benue state.

They were teaching in various local government schools in Benue State until sometimes in 2006 when the government of Benue State unconstitutionally decided to redeployed them to their states of origin. These teachers were 96 in number. They came from various parts of Nigeria. By operation of law there are not indigenes of Benue State but had lived all their lives in the service of Benue State.

These teachers briefed me in 2006 to challenge their unlawful and unconstitutional deployments to their states of origin on the grounds amongst other things that the Benue state government lacked the powers to deploy them to their various states in Nigeria outside the territorial jurisdiction of Benue State and that it was discriminatory to send them away from Benue state to their States of origin simply because they are not indigenes of Benue State.

These teachers put in many years of useful services to the educational growth of Benue state and due to no fault of theirs the government decided to treat them unfairly. In 2006 I filled the case for them. We sought orders to set aside the redeployment and and declaration that they were still in in the employment of the state government and orders that their salaries and allowances be paid to them until they leave office or until properly removed from their employment by due process of law.

The case was assigned to Hon Justice Joseph Tine Tur J as he then was later JCA but now of blessed memory. His lordship delivered judgement on 18th February 2008 in favour of the 96 teachers. He ordered their reinstatement and the payments of their salaries and allowances from 2006 until they retired or removed from office in accordance with due process of law. Their redeployment to their states of origin on the basis that there were not indigenes of Benue state was held to be unconstitutional and discriminatory and therefore null and void.

The Benue state government appealed the decision and the appeal was dismissed.There was no further appeal. Yet the government did not obey the orders. The salaries and allowances were not paid as ordered. Several efforts to make the government obey the orders proved unsuccessful. In 2018 or so we calculated the salaries and allowances of the teachers. We sent it to the government to pay. It ignored it. We enforced the judgment for the payment of their salaries and allowances vide garnishes orders. After hotly contested the garnishee was made absolute in 2021 or thereabouts.

Despite the garnishee orders absolute neither the garnishee nor the Benue State government respected the court orders. We waited and waited to no avail. Judgments of court orders must be obeyed. So in 2024 we executed the garnishee orders absolute against the account of the garnishees. That was the beginning of another litigation. The Benue State government filed a suit for the interpretation of the garnishees orders absolute and the judgment of the court in 2008.

We filed objections to the jurisdiction of court to interpret judgment. Our objection was sustained and the case dismissed. Appeal to the Court of Appeal was dismissed. The further appeal to the Supreme Court was dismissed. At today’s proceedings the Supreme Court gave decent burial to the case. To obtain immediate justice in Nigeria is difficult.

But for the fact the Supreme Court was firm today the appeal would have been adjourned. The Supreme Court ended the excruciating journey of nightmare of 96 Nigerians today. These 96 Nigerians last received salaries and allowances in 2005. God bless the justices of the Supreme Court always.

The Chief of Staff to the President named a project executed by the Federal Government after himself. During the commissioning, he even made it look like it was a personally funded project.

The same project, which was built for poor students, has now been handed over to a private firm to manage. None of the students can afford it, as the firm is charging millions of naira per year in rent.

Nigeria is not a real place.

We will make a formal announcement later.

This is the largest academic event in the country and 2027 competition will be very intense.

Education is now going to be the most exciting thing ever and we will build a workforce that will lead Africa to greatness.
