🚨🎙️ Dimitar Berbatov on the Rashford vs Cunha debate:
🗣️ “I’ve been seeing some comments, tweets and posts, and honestly, the Rashford hate is starting to feel forced.
We’re becoming far too divided over our own players.
And this Rashford vs Cunha agenda needs to stop.
We don’t need to tear one player down just to appreciate the other.
Both players can be important for Manchester United, and instead of constantly comparing them, we should be supporting both of them.
At the end of the day, they’re wearing the same shirt.”
🚨Toni Kroos urges José Mourinho to change his approach at Real Madrid:
🗣️“Mourinho has the experience to know what Real Madrid demands. He has to step up the way we play and stop allowing opponents to control games against us.
Real Madrid cannot spend 90 minutes reacting to what the opposition does.
There are moments when you have to take control, especially against the biggest teams.
Defending deep can be effective, but it cannot become our identity.
We have players capable of dominating possession and creating chances.
If we keep giving teams too much control, eventually we will be punished.
Mourinho must find the balance between being defensively strong and taking the initiative.
At Real Madrid, you don't just play to survive games. You play to impose yourself and win them.”

But… but how are we this worried about Sabah?
We can’t keep living like this as a fanbase.
It’s Sabah, we should be expecting a win, not fearing the worst. 😭
🚨🎙️ Roy Keane responds to Ryan Giggs revealing what Pep Guardiola said about Marcus Rashford:
🗣️ “Pep Guardiola spent around 10 years managing in England and never made a single serious attempt to sign Marcus Rashford.
So if he really rated Rashford that much and believed he was Manchester United’s best player, why didn’t he ever bid for him? 😂
It’s easy to tell someone you would ‘take him tomorrow’ over dinner, but football is about what you actually do when you have the opportunity.
Guardiola had plenty of chances to go for Rashford, but he never did.
Maybe Pep liked him as a player, but clearly not enough to actually make Manchester United an offer.” 👀
🚨 Dominik Szoboszlai on missing out on the Ballon d’Or list:
🎙️ “I’m not going to lie, I wanted to be on that list. I respect every player who was nominated, but if you ask me whether I believe I deserved to be there, the answer is yes. I’m not going to apologise for believing in myself.”
“I played at the highest level, delivered in big games and took responsibility when my team needed me. Maybe I don’t have the numbers of some attackers, but football is more than goals and assists. If you watched what I brought to Liverpool, you know the level I reached.”
“Maybe being left out gives me even more motivation. I don’t need a nomination to tell me where I belong. I’ll let my football answer it and when the next list comes out, I want people asking how they left me out again.”
🔴 I understand the point
A rebuild is not about throwing away every player who was here before. It’s about building the right squad around the right characters.
You have to also think about
TomHeaton. He’s 40, barely plays competitive football and yet Manchester United have continued to keep him around. Why? Because experience, mentality and dressing-room leadership matter.
When you are rebuilding, you need players who understand the culture of the club , players who can help the new generation settle, understand the pressure and learn what playing for Manchester United actually means.
They don’t have to start every game.
Sometimes their biggest contribution comes without them even being on the pitch.
That’s why I wouldn’t rush to remove Bruno, Martínez or Maguire simply because their contracts are running down.
A rebuild needs fresh legs , but it also needs a spine.
You don’t rebuild a football club by destroying its identity. You rebuild it by keeping the right experience and adding the right future. 🔴
🚨 José Mourinho Play ugly, win. Play well, lose to Betis:
🗣️Reporter: People are complaining that Inter Milan dominated you on the ball, yet you still won. What do you have to say about that?
🗣️José Mourinho: (smiling) I’d rather play badly and go home with three points than play beautifully and get beaten by Real Betis.
🚨 José Mourinho: “They had the ball. We had the number that mattered.”
🎙️ Dío Lorena: José, congratulations. First win of the campaign. Are you worried about the lack of possession?
🗣️ Mourinho: “Possession? Then you did not watch the game. Or you do not understand how we want to play.
The players did exactly what I asked. The game was decided in the first half. Kylian. Valverde.
We played a good game. Their goal should not have happened. We look at that error and we improve.
That is how we work. Calm. Clear. No noise.”
🚨 Bisseck on blocking Valverde’s rocket with his head:
🗣️Reporter: Yann Aurel Bisseck, we all saw the look on your face right after you blocked Valverde’s shot with your head. What was going through your mind in that moment?
🗣️Yann Aurel Bisseck: Honestly, if I’d known that shot was coming from Valverde, I probably wouldn’t have put my head in the way. I was just reacting to my goalkeeper screaming “Block it! Block it!” He clearly knew who was taking it. Right now I can barely hear properly that strike was something else.
