I love Cristiano Ronaldo. Always will.
But I will not tolerate Bruno Fernandes slander.
Some of you are still fighting a battle against time.
Ronaldo is no longer the man who could drag an entire nation on his back for 90 minutes. He did that for years. He carried Portugal through storms when everyone else looked lost.
That chapter is written.
The mission now is different.
Let the next generation carry the weight.
Let Bruno create.
Let Neves fight.
Let the young legs run.
Let the team finish what Ronaldo started.
I don’t care who scores.
I don’t care who gets the headlines.
I care about one thing:
Portugal winning.
Bruno and Neves were among the biggest reasons Portugal even got here. Yet every bad result turns into a witch hunt against Bruno because some people wanted Ronaldo to score a hat-trick and outshine someone else.
Football doesn’t work like that.
If Ronaldo isn’t getting enough service, the team must improve.
If the team isn’t creating enough, everyone must improve.
If Ronaldo can no longer carry the entire attack alone, then those with the legs must do the running for him.
That’s not disrespect.
That’s reality.
You cannot demand success while attacking the very players helping you reach it.
Support Portugal.
Not your favourite player’s ego.
Because the World Cup won’t ask who scored the most goals.
It will only remember who lifted the trophy. 🇵🇹🔥
When did Noussair Mazraoui become a superhero?
Maybe it’s time we start having a serious conversation at Manchester United.
Do we really need to go searching for another left-back?
Maybe Nous is the answer.
I know it’s only been two World Cup games, but the level he’s shown has been outstanding. Not just a few highlight moments. His overall game has been excellent.
He’s been a joy to watch.
I know left-back isn’t his natural position, but if he’s performing at this level, I honestly don’t care anymore.
Natural position or not, if he keeps delivering, then that’s where he belongs.

It’s hard to watch.
This isn’t even the team he signed up for.
Ederson wasn’t part of the original World Cup squad. He barely featured in the qualifiers. He’s only been with this group for a few days.
A few minutes on the pitch and people are already losing their minds.
It’s bizarre.
The contract isn’t even signed yet.
At least let the man arrive.
Let him train.
Let him learn the system.
Let him build chemistry.
Some fans want instant perfection from players who haven’t even unpacked their bags.
This is why I appreciate Amorim’s stubbornness.
He understands protection before exposure.
He’d happily leave a new signing on the bench for five games if that’s what it took to settle them in.
No panic.
No noise.
No unnecessary pressure.
Just patience.
Remember when other strikers were flying and scoring everywhere?
Amorim still gave Sesko ten minutes here, fifteen minutes there.
Why?
Because throwing players to the wolves isn’t development.
It’s sabotage.
I hope Carrick handles new signings the same way.
Because this fanbase can turn excitement into a trial by fire in record time.
And then wonder why players struggle.

A letter to @B_Fernandes8 ❤️🇵🇹
I know you will probably see this post, but I just want to keep it short.
I know who you are, and no human on earth will ever make me think otherwise. I support Portugal because of you, and I’m sure the negativity from this fanbase won’t change what you will do against Uzbekistan.
You don’t have to prove anything to anyone because you’re already the greatest midfielder in the world, and no one can deny that.
You’re playing for Portugal, not for an individual. You’re giving your all for Portugal, not for one person.
Do everything possible to bring the World Cup back home.
We Manchester United fans love you so much and will defend you from anyone. The people abusing and harassing you are not true United fans, but rival fans pretending to be one.
Play for Portugal. Fight for Portugal. Make your country proud. ❤️🇵🇹
While everyone is focused on the opening fixtures, very few people have looked at the final eight games of the season.
From around Gameweek 30 onwards, we have a real opportunity to put together a serious run and build momentum at the perfect time.
The key is making sure that by then we’re not too far behind the league leaders or even better, that we’re already leading the league ourselves.
If we’re within touching distance when those final eight games arrive, a strong run could completely change the title race.

This is why you move early, by the way.
Even if Fernandes only WANTS United, if Spurs offer £90m for him there’s zero chance you get him for less than that. The moment that bid lands, it becomes the benchmark for every negotiation with West Ham.
People call me names when I criticise INEOS for moving slowly, but this is exactly why it matters. They’ve only made things more complicated for themselves.
There’s a reason Madrid had 4 signings wrapped up before the window even opened. They understand how this works.
The issue I have with most United fans is being shallow
We don’t think deep, I’ve been telling fans and they are saying INEOS should take their time,
Mf do you even understand that it’s an open market and anyone can hijack that deal.
Ask NUFC last summer, even this summer Liverpool have already hijacked their Munoz deal, and you still think walking slow is an option, mfs be crazy
Manchester United returning to the top will either be pure luck or require a complete shift in how this club is run.
The current structure is failing.
United needs to operate with a football-first president, not owners making decisions from the shadows.
A president should be judged on results. If he fails, he’s replaced. If he sacks manager after manager without delivering trophies, he should answer for that too.
Accountability has to exist at every level.
Right now, the club feels directionless.
The Glazers care about the financial side more than the football side.
Some owners look like they want out but can’t because of family interests.
INEOS arrived in the middle of a mess they didn’t create and are still searching for answers.
The manager is under pressure.
The squad lacks balance.
The fanbase is divided.
Everyone is pulling in different directions.
For a club that once set the standard, Manchester United now looks like one giant experiment with no clear plan and no clear leader.
And until that changes, expecting a return to the top is wishful thinking.
I genuinely fear that Manchester United may never return to the top in our lifetime and the longer you watch this club operate, the harder it becomes to argue otherwise.
Look at Real Madrid. They signed Alvaro Fernandez, took one good look, decided he wasn't ready and moved to get Cucurella from Chelsea
They brought in Trent Alexander-Arnold and within months had already signed Dumfries to push him
They paid £50M for Dean Huijsen and before you know it, Konate was through the door. That is a club that identifies problems and solves them without dwelling.
Then there is Manchester United;
A club that hasn't won anything serious since 2013 and is still carrying Luke Shaw on the books like he is untouchable
Yoro has been here for over 3 years and still looks lost at this level, yet nobody seems in a rush to bring in proper cover
Casemiro and Ugarte are on their way out and somehow the only midfield signing is Ederson, while the club spends weeks going back and forth with a relegated West Ham over Mateus Fernandes
Zirkzee has had two full seasons to prove himself and the goals simply haven't come, yet he will likely start next season as the competition for Sesko again. Meanwhile Liverpool, City and Arsenal are spending with intent on serious quality
The most painful part is that this isn't new. We once had Pogba in his prime and actual quality in attack yet we were playing Valencia x Ashley Young as fullbacks with Smalling and Blind at centre-back
That is why the trophy cabinet has been gathering dust since 2013 and nothing about how this club is currently being run suggests that is about to change anytime soon.
