This Sunday afternoon we're celebrating future health care practitioners in our region and beyond at the Commencement ceremony for the UTEP College of Health Sciences (@utepchs) and @UTEPNursing. 🧡🩺

Notably, this year's ceremony will celebrate a record number of students earning their doctorate in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences, as well as the College of Nursing's 50th anniversary with more than 10,000 alumni since inception.

University Medical Center of El Paso has invested $1.5 million in UTEP's Colleges of Health Sciences and Nursing to help meet the growing demand for health care providers in the Paso del Norte region. On Friday, UTEP unveiled new signage on campus for the UMC El Paso Lobby in honor of the generous gift.
