Wata Miyar se a Maƙwabta.!

Jiya bayan sallar Magariba, ina dawowa jami’a daga Haramin Masallacin Annabi ﷺ. A hanya muka tsaya gidan mai domin ƙara fetur.

An zuba mana lita 19.17, aka biya Riyal 20 kacal. (20SAR)

Idan muka ɗauki Riyal 1 = ₦400, lissafin wannan Riyal 19.17 ɗin a naira zai kama;

19.17 × ₦400 = ₦7,668.

Amma a Najeriya, idan muka ɗauki farashin fetur ₦1,310/lita, to zaka samu lita 19.17 akan naira;

19.17 × ₦1,310 = ₦25,112.70.

Wato fetur ɗin da muka samu akan naira ₦7,668, anan Madina, a Nigeria se kanada naira ₦25,113 zaka same shi.

Bambancin kusan ₦17,445 ne!

Abin ya dame ni, se nayi ta tunani na rasa me yasa ƙasar da take da albarkatun man fetur, me ya sa talakawanta za su ci gaba da fuskantar irin wannan tsadar rayuwa?

Allah Ka sauƙaƙa wa Najeriya, Ka rage wa talakawa wahala, Ka albarkaci ƙasarmu da shugabanni nagari masu tsoron Ka.

𝐀 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐝𝐚𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭 ﷺ.

Four police officers arrested a young man near the blessed Rawdah of the Prophet ﷺ. Without saying a word, they immediately tied his hands behind his back with a rope.

The young man kept asking, "What have I done? I'm neither a thief nor a criminal. Why are you treating me like this?"

An elderly man had been watching the entire scene from a distance. He approached the officers and said, "I know this young man."

The police asked, "How do you know him?"

The elderly man replied, "I always see him standing or sitting in front of the Prophet's ﷺ Rawdah, sending salutations (salawat), offering salam, and weeping. Why have you arrested him? Is he a thief?"

The young man was an Albanian, around 35 or 36 years old, with shoulder-length hair and a light beard.

The police replied, "No, he is not a thief. He is from Albania and has been living in Madinah for six years without legal residency documents. We have tried many times to deport him back to Albania, but every time we arrest him, he somehow escapes. We always find him again in the Prophet's Mosque. This time, we had no choice but to tie him up immediately."

The elderly man asked, "What will you do with him now?"

They answered, "We will enforce the law. We are taking him to the airport and putting him on a plane back to Albania."

The young man wept, realizing that this time he might truly have to leave the city of Madinah—the city filled with the memories of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

After a while, he pleaded with the officers:

"Please understand. I do not steal, rob, deceive, or harm anyone. I came here only out of love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I have no worldly purpose."

The officers replied, "That is not enough. According to the law, you must return to your country. Foreigners cannot remain here without legal permission."

As they escorted him out of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the young man made one final request. The officers allowed him.

He looked toward the Green Dome and, overcome with emotion, cried out:

هل هكذا كان الاتفاق بيننا؟!

"O Messenger of Allah! Was this our agreement? I left my business, my family, and my parents so that I could become your neighbor, but now they will not let me stay."

As he uttered these words, he collapsed to the ground.

The officers initially thought he was pretending to faint so he could escape again. But when they lifted him up and poured water on his face, he did not respond.

One officer exclaimed, "Perhaps he has suffered a stroke or a heart attack. Call an ambulance immediately!"

An ambulance arrived and took him to the hospital. After examining him, the doctor said:

"He passed away about an hour and a half ago."

The officers broke down in tears, saying:

"By Allah, while carrying out our duty, we never realized the depth of this man's love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."

After he was washed, prayed over, and prepared for burial, he was taken to Jannat al-Baqi' and buried there.

The young man who was supposed to depart for Albania instead departed for Jannat al-Baqi', leaving behind a moving example of love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

Being a divorcee, her wedding fatihah was conducted in the night after Isha prayers, with 5 people present as witnesses.

After few months in her husband's house, she found herself suffering in the house, in the end the husband divorced her.

She took her husband to court over some debts she owed him. When the husband appears in the court, he denied ever meeting with her, not to talk of marrying her.

She said, so, so Imam administered and conducted the wedding prayers, and if he's called upon, he will be able to provide the 5 witnesses who were there on that day.

When the Imam was called upon, together with the 5 witnesses, they said they knew nothing about their situations.

The judge looking at the wife, he said, "does your husband has a dog?" She replied "Yes", the judge said asked her, "will you accept dog's judgement? She said, "yes my Lord ".

The judge said, "let's go to the house, if the dog barks at her and try to attack her, it means it doesn't know her or have not seen her before, anything opposite to that, means that the dog knew her."

The woman entered the house, the judge and others were behind and watching her, the dog ran into her body, in jubilation. (Because, while she was with them, she always gives it food).

The judge said, those 5 witnesses should be given 80 lashes and the Imam should be removed from his position as Imam of the mosque in which he was leading.

The judge said, woe unto the group of people in which dogs are more truthful than them.

We now live in the society in which many people can sell out their conscience, status and religious obligation because of money, which shall not follow you nor protect you from the punishment of Allah.

The same society which does not have any guarantee for trusting anyone but ourselves.

We should always be careful with any one who loves this world, he can do anything to have it.

At just 27, Shamsiyyah Umar had already earned a BSc, MSc and PhD. 🎓

But her story is about much more than academic excellence.

At 10, a road accident on Christmas Day left her physically disabled. She grew up facing accessibility barriers, stigma and assumptions about what she could achieve.

Her mother taught her to look beyond those limitations. Sadly, Shamsiyyah lost her mother only months after beginning her PhD.💔

She chose to keep going.

Her PhD research examined UNICEF’s contribution to inclusive education for children with disabilities in Nigeria between 2015 and 2023.

Today, she is also a disability rights advocate through We Are Special Foundation, championing accessible technology, education, mentorship and essential services.

BSc. MSc. PhD. Advocacy. Resilience. Purpose.

Shamsiyyah’s journey is a powerful reminder: disability should never define the limits of a person’s potential. ❤️
