I had bought a pair of shoes which was delivered on 10 Aug and I placed a replacement request for it. The product was picked on 11th Aug but the product was not replaced on the same day,it was showing the date of delivery is yet to be confirmed!

The solution I got was they will look into the issue for which they need 3 business days and today I got an email with no resolution.
Very poor service.
How can you say the product has not been picked up? Very strange to get such a response after being a prime member.
