If you can skillfully find that inner space, you will discover a gush of positive energy that will help you overcome all challenges. @AirIndiaX We are a family who were travelling to goa and had booked flights to Goa and back. Out of two sisters n one brother one sister @chitrayoga was travelling with family from Hyderabad and the remaining two siblings were travelling from Jaipur-Hyd-Goa and back. @RNTata2000

As a precedent, Komal fractured her ankle sometime ago and Amrisha's flight was fully refunded, thanks to @IndiGo6E. I can share the PNR if you desire.
@AirIndiaX@chitrayoga@RNTata2000 Now, @AirIndiaX is denying refund for Komal and her family because Komal is Utkarsh's sister and not Amrisha's sister. @MoCA_GoI, @Officejmscindia is there a policy that a sister would be considered immediate family, but a sister-in-law won't be.

@AirIndiaX@chitrayoga@RNTata2000 Please note here that Chitra, Komal and Utkarsh are real brother and sisters. The medical condition requiring Laparoscopic surgery was with Utkarsh's wife Amrisha. Therefore we didn't cancel the tickets and were waiting for a full refund.

@AirIndiaX@chitrayoga@RNTata2000 Unfortunately, we could not complete the trip due to a medical condition with one of the travellers - Amrisha on 24th of Dec 2023. It was a serious condition requiring emergency surgery and complete bed rest after that. The surgery was done after we booked the tickets.
@Utkarshgupta02@TheLalitGroup BTW, I just want to make it explicitly clear we are asking for a refund of only 1 out of the five bookings that we have made. If you don't provide this refund, I am quite sure I and all my family is not going to look at any of your properties in future.
@Utkarshgupta02 I understand that the free cancellation window is over but what is @TheLalitGroup cancellation policy when your customers experience such unexpected and unfortunate situations in life. Do you not have any empathy with your customers for such situation.
